Sunday Reset is a monthly recovery experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and close out the week with intention before stepping into a new one feeling refreshed.
We'll begin with a 45-minute restorative, yin-inspired stretch featuring long-held, supported movements that improve mobility, ease tight muscles, and create space throughout the body. The experience concludes with a 15-minute immersive sound bath designed to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded.
From the moment you arrive, every detail is designed to help you slow down—from dim lighting and calming music to the scent of eucalyptus and your complimentary MKT Ready Shot at check-in. Whether you've had an intense training week, a busy schedule, or simply need an hour to reconnect with yourself, Sunday Reset is your invitation to pause, breathe, and leave feeling lighter than you arrived.
