With a background in investment banking, she brings a sharp, strategic approach to building brands—paired with a deep understanding of discipline, performance, and high-level execution. Her transition into fitness was driven by her own personal transformation, where movement became more than a routine—it became a lifestyle.
Certified in Pilates, Yoga and Strength, Kendra blends business acumen with hands-on expertise, shaping MKT Ready into more than just a studio. Known for its elevated energy, curated experiences, and community-driven atmosphere, the brand reflects her vision of wellness as something that looks good, feels good, and brings people together.

COO & Co-Founder
With a background in Health Sciences from Cornell University and a passion for athletic performance, Yves brings a strength-focused, disciplined approach to movement. Influenced by his love for CrossFit and functional training, his classes combine intentional programming, endurance, and full-body strength in a way that feels both challenging and energizing.
Known for pushing clients past their comfort zone while keeping the environment supportive and motivating, Yves creates workouts designed to build real strength that translates beyond the studio.

With a background in Pilates, strength training, yoga, and cycling, Nadiah brings high energy, intentional movement, and great playlists to every class. A former competitive cheerleader and lifelong athlete, her teaching style blends athletic training with feel-good movement designed to leave you stronger, more confident, and fully in your body.
